    Hi All,
I have searched everywhere and can see the final overall standings for this race, have they been published yet or is this still WIP as I know you had a lot to do to finalise.
Just after such a long race dying to know how I finally did.
Many thanks for all your hard work.

Hi all and many thanks for the replies and the detailed info given and I can fully understand the dilema that was faced before the start. Please dont see my comments as a moan as it was not I (and im sure I speak for all SOLERS) are very very grateful for the time and dedication that you give to make sure we have a SOL and without you it would not exist. It was however as im sure you agree a horrible leg where the weather just went against going anywhere. Great news on the balance of the legs and I look forward to the usual fun and competitive racing. Thanks again for all that you do. PR

Just a question as I know there has been some discussion around this but the course for the first leg seemed to be very protracted in comparison to the IRL course. Whilst I fully appreciate legal variations need to be implemented im not sure that it needed to be quite as protracted as it was. Is it possible to indicate if the next legs and following ones will (even if our start is delayed) be more following the IRL race or additional variations will be added. SOl is great and I will do every race but this leg rather put a dampner on something I was looking forward to doing. Many thanks Tim (Pocket Rocket)

    HI all
That's great and many thanks for the update...I wondered if it was maybe I was very close on the many returns backwards and forwards to the rounding line.....what a mess I made ....impromptu and SOL don't mix. Thanks so much for your help and I am just running back to the line now. Fingers crossed it finishes. I let you know if there is a prob. Thanks again for such a quick update. PR

Boston to Plymouth TransAt 2019
Sailonline first raced between Plymouth and Boston in 2008, but it was in 2009 that the course was reversed, creating our classic Boston to Plymouth route. Usually sailed as a TIMED TransAt, this time we are racing as a fleet. Crossing the North Atlantic in N Hemisphere Spring can be a challenging enterprise and now, in this era of increasing climate instability, traditional routes may not prove to be the best! Have fun deciding your strategy!
