I use to use Blackbery for miniclient that was fine, I begun to use İ phone recently and using mini client is almost impossible! you can not refresh otherwise you have to enter the user name and password in each time which makes it un usable! is there anything you could do? or is it a i phone matter?

Hi .... I use Blackberry , and recently I had same problem ...need to re login nine times out of ten when refreshing ...may be the reason sits on different ground than brand or type ....anyone have ideas on how to solve? ...thanks

Did the last 36 hours of Dubai-Muskat on the Blackberry. No special problems here. What I always had, is that the map is NOT updated when clicking on the 'refresh' link. To update the map, I need to refresh the whole page. But that does not force me to relogin.

miniclient never refreshed it self .. I always had to refresh it manualy. on i phone you have to login each time you refresh makes it unuseable... I will apreciate to get an answer from tecnnical guys..

When that is possible I'll buy the iPhone to be able to play SOL through Safari and skip the mobile client.

I am not techincal guy so I cant see the difference... I can play sol on safari on my pc! but when it comes to i phone it is useless.. so may be SOL guys can help me on that!??

One technical issue is if you are connecting through a load balanced web proxy, this might give you a different IP for each request....and for security reasons a login is tied to a single IP here on SOL....

Time again to continue our exploration of Africa by Sea, which now takes us around the tip of the continent at Cape Agulhas and up the coast of South Africa to Mozambique’s marvellous Maputo, where we should find good anchorage in the bend of the Rio Espirito Santo (Umbuluzi) once we’ve cleared the 60m high Maputo - Katembe suspension bridge. It’s 1900nm and we’ll be glad to be sailing our comfortable and sturdy Xp-55, as we will certainly experience more headwinds!

Isle of Wight RTI Sprint 2025


Welcome to the Isle of Wight in the British Isles. A past home to Queen Victoria and the foundation of the America's Cup when yacht racing became popular in the 1800's. This particular race was last raced on SOL in 2012 to follow Soler JuJu sailing around the island. We return, long overdue, to race our final Q2 sprint around the island.
