Does anybody know how much traffic SOL occur in one hour?
    Hi

i finished the current race SOR3 and Rabat - Alicante with mobile (EDGE, unfortunately i found no UMTS) access.
My report said that starting the game causes about 1-2 MB traffic. The race updates are small unless you don't get a weather update.

It was in those 2 races less than 10 MB per our - usually only 4-5 MB/h.

    Caching Data (Client)

    Hi,

i would suggest to cache data (e.g. MAP,
or Weather, if the was no update since last SOL visit). Sometimes i'm on the road and playing SOL with a slow EDGE connection is not funny.

Regards Stefan, with 5 broken at home using DSL

    Hi !
i habe a question concerning the bonus points. Are there all races counted or only the races of the last 6 month ? I wonder how some sailors have more than 2000 bonus points ?

Apllication hangs - complete PC stalls
    Board » Technical Support
    Hi,
i'm new here, yesterday i started my first race "Eurocard Gotland Runt". Wenn i enter a direction manualy it works, but when i zoom in or out or when i try to set the course of the boat with the mouse, then sometimes the application hangs - the mouse cursor remains a cross and a few seconds later the whole computer freezes.
    (Windows XP SP2 - no Firewall - Readeon 9000 - DirectX 9c)
I can only reboot by switching off.

    Any help apreciated,
    Regars stefan

Mad Max by Balloon 2026 - Across the Outback

Mad Max Rockatansky doesn’t get to go in a balloon in any of the Legends of the Wasteland, and the Wasteland is not necessarily the Outback of Australia, but Mel Gibson and film director George Miller indubitably are… of Australia, and ballooning as reconnaissance is a main feature of the Mad Max spin-off video game, so here goes: 1500nm in a balloon from somewhere on the edge of the Outback, Goondiwindi, to cross a finish line at Fitzroy Crossing, somewhere on the edge of the Outback!
