Rather short notice, but I've quickly created a kml for it. (Not 100% sure about the waypoints).

This race is already set up and in the race calendar.. because SOL is not permitted to use the same name as an IRL race as they are mostly copyrighted these days and subject to brand sponsorship etc.. the SOL race is in the calendar as Ron Cazar (spanish for Rum Hunt) :-)

It will be I imagine different météo .. if it will be not at the same period....
I was wondering on the sol's site.. but I dont know where is the calendar race.....

Salut filou - this post is in the General Discussion Forum.. if you go back to the Board menu you will see a Forum called Race Calendar - it is in there you will find links to the current calendar and to the drafts for the next two months. January will appear shortly.

SOL will be racing its St Malo to Guadeloupe Ron Cazar starting 1 November at 1000utc. The IRL start is 31 October but as you will see from the SOL calendar, on that day we have the Boston timed race still running, a short/fast Swedish archipelago race and (possibly) people still finishing a race in Italian waters.

The fact the IRL boats are a little ahead of us should make our race all the more interesting!

Welcome to one of Sailonline's great traditions - the ofttimes slightly untimely celebration of SOLer Mistli's birthday on November 1, by way of a tricky race through the Stockholm Archipelago. Sinbad by Balloon 2025 - Carnarvon to Dondra


From here, our home in Bharatavarṣa is now north west of us – said Sinbad to his fellow balloonists. Perhaps we can ride the wind first further north, and then catch the winds that every year bring the rain, perhaps not.
