The FIRST practice race will be Tuesday, 21 February as follows:

TIME: 1900utc

START: SOL Race Start (or v close to it)

COURSE: Start - Leave M2 to PORT - Leave M3 to STARBOARD - Leave M1 to PORT - Leave M3 to PORT - Finish

FINISH: Cross M1/M5 line from S to N

COURSE DIAGRAM: See attached pic.

FINISH: Cross M1/M5 line from S to N

The FOURTH and final pre-race practice race will be on Friday, 24 February, to Onetangi Bay as is customary for the last practice in Auckland. Details of the race are as follows:

TIME: 1900utc

START: Cross M1/M5 line from N to S

COURSE: Start - Leave the island at -36.8315 / 174.8951 to STARBOARD - Leave M2 to STARBOARD - Leave M3 to STARBOARD - Finish

FINISH: Cross a line drawn between M4 and -36.7742 / 175.0170 from N to S

This month’s TIMED race takes us to the shallow waters of Palk Bay located between India and Sri Lanka. Sail the impressive MC 38 around a roughly 140 nm course through two narrow channels before returning to the start/finish line in Jaffna.
This is a TIMEDrace so you may RE-REGISTER HEREto try again after finishing a run. You will have two weeks to test your skill and decision making after the race opens.

The British Isles Circumnavigation is here! Inviting skippers to take on an epic 1,720nm clockwise voyage around Britain and Ireland! Starting and finishing in Cowes, the course passes some of the most iconic landmarks in offshore sailing, including Fastnet Rock, Tearaght Lighthouse, Black Rock, St. Kilda and Muckle Flugga before the long run home.
