Race Report at 0120z:

At this time most participants had left their fortunes to their autopilots.

They passed the southern point of Capri in this order:

1-Zero
2-Smo (very close to leader
3-Tazumaki/mk (together)

5-K1W1
...and, RC (reverse rounding,) Spookie, Sassy, newsartist (reverse also)

Still approaching after 'adventures' or late starts, Stoertebaeker, rdoorn, Glynnwi, croc, and 76Trombones.

With 14 boats, our largest Match Race field to date?
Fortunately, stoertebaker made a note of the results of those who made it to Procida - as follows:

stoertebaeker 08:21: Intermediate ranking of matchrace: 1. K1W1, 2. sassy63, 3. mk, 4. stoerte, not yet finished DTG: RC 1.8nm, newsartist 4.7nm, spookie 12nm,Tazumaki and 76 Trombones beaced at ischia south beach, other boats further

Lake Vättern PYOC 2026

Back in 2013, longstanding SOLer Musigny and his friend xthyra invited us for a three race tour of beautiful Lake Vättern in the heart of southern Sweden. After many years, we return there for a quick sprint from a start in front of the village of Brandstorp, either way around Visingso island in the middle of the lake, but PORT HAND ROUND a buoy off the Granna piers on the eastern shore and back, once again avoiding Visingso as best you can. At least 20nm in trusty Scandinavian 11m One Designs; good luck!
