The last Practice Race in Hong Kong will be on Wednesday, 16th October, as follows:

Time: 18 UTC
Start: Cross M1/M5 line from NE to SW

COURSE

Start
Leave SOL race start to starboard
Leave M2 to port (sail between M2 and Lamma Island)
Free rounding M4+island
Free rounding M3
Finish: Cross M1/M5 line from SW to NE

NOTE:To avoid racers leaving to port M2 without sailing west of Lamma island, Race Comitee has made a clarification about how we have to round M2, originally a "free rounding", but a "leave to port rounding" now, SAILING BETWEEN THE MARK AND THE ISLAND.

Once you round the mark is free to choose which side of the island you sail to reach M4.

This month’s TIMED race takes us to the shallow waters of Palk Bay located between India and Sri Lanka. Sail the impressive MC 38 around a roughly 140 nm course through two narrow channels before returning to the start/finish line in Jaffna.
This is a TIMEDrace so you may RE-REGISTER HEREto try again after finishing a run. You will have two weeks to test your skill and decision making after the race opens.

The British Isles Circumnavigation is here! Inviting skippers to take on an epic 1,720nm clockwise voyage around Britain and Ireland! Starting and finishing in Cowes, the course passes some of the most iconic landmarks in offshore sailing, including Fastnet Rock, Tearaght Lighthouse, Black Rock, St. Kilda and Muckle Flugga before the long run home.
