I didn't experience any client loading problems on the first release or the latest one... On the previous client I noticed and issue with wind speed... by hovering the mouse on your boat you would get a different TWS than that shown on instrument panel...

Now seems to be fine, although this client release seems just a little heavier than the simpler previous flash client... Just this small remark, other than that look pretty neat and for sure an upgrade to the previous client.

Using Windows 7 and latest Internet Explorer and Flash clients
~ ride like the wind ~
Alex: Often the wind can be slightly out if your computer clock is not accurate.

=====================

Could those who could not access the Beta version please try again.
Some measure have been taken to hopfully fix the problem encountered when loading.

Cheers

I help develop the client interface for the best online ocean racing sim there is... __/)/)_/)__
Happy to report that I am now "in"
using chrome on Windows 7 64bit

Well done! & thanks
Sambal can use the new client now in both Firefox and IE.
Wonderful!
Successful Beta

Kudos AGage et al

None so blind
IT WORKS!

It's friday 17 (unlucky day in Italy...) and without doing anything now it works!!!!

:-)

I use chrome with embedded player (all updated).
It works on IE on the crappy internet connection here at work.

Still have to test on Safari and OSX
All good on my machine now Agage.
Well done mate and it looks nice.
Just need to find all of the options now :)

Funny, new client works still well at Winnebago, but not any longer at SWR4. Using different tabs in Crome on OSX 10.6.8. Switching to old client at SWR4 doesn't change the result, a white screen.
No error messages and nothing emptied or cleared before.

ciao
Bernd

[23:37]: problem solved, perfectly running on safari and chrome now

It seems to work if you use different browsers. I had the new client open for Winnebago in Firefox and SWR4 in Crome earlier today... that work fine.

Sinbad by Balloon 2025 - Baia de l'Oiseau to Carnarvon

How ever shall I return to report with clarity to my Great Sultan – asked Sinbad. It needs be told this island and all its fables shall be expunged from the annals of every thousand and one night. The wind howls – and sun be none (it’s Winter, Sin’bro, ed.) – and all days from the west, but let’s launch anyway and see if we can work our SOL Balloon north as the days pass aiming for Asthralaya, where The Mahabharata tells the ancients once tested mighty weapons, about a quarter and a million qasbah away (2500nm, ed.), perhaps one month.
