In the Cyclades Volcano run I finished 168, but in the SYC Ranking I have been entered as DNS with 350 points. Could you please correct this.

I have this problem as well, in the virtual ostar i finished 38 but in the ranknings i´m listed as a dnf.

Could you correct this please.

We will have a look at this, Ostar is still running for some, so it could be the server is not picking up those ranks already.

Hi

I just checked my ranking following the Cowes-StMalo and see that it gives me 408th on the race, whereas my fastest run gave me 34th. Is this right? I thought the timed race was just the fastest run achieved?

Could you have a look if you get the chance?

Some times it can take several days for Jakob, Kalle, or Jeroen to get around to updating the SYC rankings.

They do have to make a living as well as run this game. Plus getting to spend time with family and friends during the short Skandinavian summer. As well as tring to get out on the water in real life. They are actually human...in spite of the evidence of this great game.

They will get around to it soon.

Thanks for that. I didn't realise that it was not automated - I saw that others had their rankings showing - perhaps being so far down the fleet as I usually am it takes a while to get to me!
I really appreciate your efforts - now back to dealing with the pesky light and horribly variable winds in the Chicago-Makinac.

Iceland to the Falklands 2026

Welcome to an all-new route, the first of three Round the 'Old World' of Europe, Africa, Australia and Asia. To give each leg of the ROW a bit of length we'll try to hug the coasts as little as possible, so starting in Iceland our first leg of the series, which will also be the final leg of our Quarter 1 Ocean Championships takes us 7200nm to the Falklands, the full length of the Atlantic end to end. To make sure we'll get it done within the month we'll be sailing our Maxi Trimaran.
