Hello Solers,
recently hmm's site stopped working and there is no opportunity to know data of other boats (I agree this).
But we lost some very useful feature: the opportunity to read the data of our own boat (COG - TWA - VMC) with prediction up to 4 days in steps of 15.0 min.
I'm not able to make software that can give me this information and ask: "there is some "SOLer Programmer" who is able to do it?"
Thanks and FW all.

Scara - Just download and use Kipper's tool "AGL" from here: http://solfans.org/blog/weather/dc-checker-editor-grib-loader-and-more/
You can see this (attached)

Thanks Bimmer,
I know that AG gives data of all boats (and I don't like): I need data only of my boat with COG - TWA - VMC preview for 4 days.
I don't think AG provides these data.
About data of all boats, I know that SOL not agree to make them public, and I believe that Kipper should at least limit the update at no less than 15 minutes.

WxInspector has a long predictorline right? Both for TWA and COG, just not VMC (the most useful of the three...)

I'm not aware of any software that would help you with that, other than routers..

PS: I'm very glad kipper shares his "live data from other boats"-tool, instead of keeping it to himself, only sharing a version that gives data of other boats only every 15 minutes.

Hello Kroppyer,
I try to explain better ...
Clicking SCARABOCCHIO in the hmm's data list, opens a new page with an "Excel type table" showing the data of my boat: choosing COG - TWA or VMC, with a minimum interval of 15 minutes for a maximum of 4 days of prediction period, appears a new table with the prediction data required.
Look at the attachment, it is an example of what I mean.
With these data was possible to check the boat's course and set the DC more easily.
Thanks all.

The predictor line in WxInspector is (as far as I know) the closest to that. It's a bit of a hassle to get the numbers, but you should easily find you position after X minutes, and with that, the windspeed/direction at that location at that time, etc. etc.

Now I think about it, Kipper's tool may provide similar functionality.
Thanks Kroppy,
I'ill study better WxInspector and Kipper's tools ...

Red Eye - Melville Island PYOC 2026

Melville Island is the largest of the Tivi group opposite the port of Darwin in the Timor Sea. Tropically forested and thinly populated, not a lot goes on there, but let’s race around it anyway, lar- or starboard round, it’s a little more than 120nm, so, no matter where you are navigating from on the planet, you will be hard-pressed to complete the course aboard your J-80 in daylight hours!
