From recollection, display errors are usually a Flash issue so maybe you need to check that you have the latest version of Flash.

To do this go to a race and right click on the screen, it will bring up an Adobe window, then click on About. This will take you to the Flash version page and you can see if the version you have is current or not. If not, then update Flash.

The other thing you can try is to empty your Flash cache (depending on how current your browser version is, this may be incorporated in regular cache clearing).

To do this right click on race screen, click on Global Settings (above the About option) and then on the LH side of the page that opens, under Settings Manager, click on the 6th option (Website Storage Settings) and in the window that opens, click on Delete all Sites.

Neither of these options can do any harm so if others have better suggestions, there won't be any conflict!!

This looks like something I get on my "droid Tablet (when I do use it). I think it has to do with display settings in my old (3.2) android version, and low RAM in the Tab (Nook Tab, 3 years old).

Well ....still there.
Don't know what to do next.
I'm not that good with Computers.
Just got a new PC with windows 8.
Maybe ill find out later how to fix it.
Untill then ill just sail with the square : )

WINDEGG -- I have just started getting a white rectangle on my SOLing screen. Arrived after something updated I suppose. I just right click on it and then X out of the window that opens. It seems to be some kind of Java/Flash association.

I will email the DevtDudes with the html that appears in the info and hopefully they will find a proper fix :-)

New Ice Age 2026 - Longyearbyen to Browerville


Although we have by no means exhausted the possibilities of ice boating on lakes at high latitudes or high altitudes, it was noticeable that as our 2025 Series progressed, there were calls from time to time for longer-distance challenges, and so in response to these calls we will pretend that global warming has reversed and as a result the coastal waters of Antarctica and Russia and Canada have fully (and smoothly!) frozen over offering us the possibility of a 4-race New Ice Age series in our trusted no-PL DN machines. Our first leg takes us 2600nm from Svalbard’s Longyearbyen east to North Alaska’s Browerville. You’ll be a few days on the ice, so dress warmly and take some provisions; go!
