Commentary

The race around Bleaker Island was the last sprint this year to close the annual competition of our teams in this category. It is not surprising then that the competition was very fierce. The winds in this body of water can be extremely wild, but even in light winds this race is tough enough. We started by breaking through the blue hole of a weak wind. It could be observed that the crews used everything that was available on board as oars 😉.

While rowing is forbidden properly, the very interesting technique used by our winner Pit8008 is not mentioned in the rules. It consisted of throwing the bucket and drawing water from the bow and then pouring it out behind the stern. In this way, two forces were used. Pull-in front and jet-jet at the rear 😊😊😊. It is hard to say exactly what techniques others used, but our podium was full in 7 seconds and TOP10 finished the race within 44 seconds. Congratulations gentlemen.

In the annual sprint classification, bonknhoot, Cippalippa and sasy63 were finally on the podium. Congratulations.
