CONGRATULATIONS NZL_Scotsman!!! CONGRATULATIONS KiaKaha!! CONGRATULAZIONI Gilles!

Timed races are always tricky ones to call. Do you set off immediately as winds seem reasonable? Do you review all currently forecast winds for the duration of the race and plan a specific start, in the hope that your plan works? or do you just go for a run down-course and hope that you will have finished in time to make a start on a fast time? Within half a day or so, each time races builds its "folklore", spotting which top racers are registered and waiting at the start and chatting about the best time to run. Three SOLers who took all of this completely in their stride are our Sealion Sprint Podium for 2012. Making their results seem effortless are two SOLers from New Zealand and one from Italy - clearly the rest of us have a lot to learn!! Well done guys!!
